Bluebird was founded by Chantel McDougall, a Mental Health & Addictions Nurse with over 15 years of experience supporting youth, families, athletes, and communities through mental health, crisis intervention, addiction medicine, and emotionally informed care.
A lifelong believer in the power of movement, community, and skate culture, Chantel created Bluebird to help people build confidence, resilience, and connection through supportive challenge and shared experiences.
Bluebird combines psychologically informed facilitation, youth development, athlete wellness, and authentic skate culture to create spaces where people feel safe enough to try, grow, and belong.
